Custom furniture and mattress company, and sister store of Gabriel Ross, Fawcett Mfg. was looking for an image that would read well with Gabriel Ross but show more of the hand crafted qualities of their products. Keeping with the bright, happy colours of Gabriel Ross, a vibrant ochre was selected, and a clean contemporary font reminiscent of Gabriel Ross, but more structured. A thread detail was used throughout the print and online designs, and a more playful font was introduced for taglines and headings.

Farm – Hillside

Located just outside of downtown Victoria, Farmacy, now known as FARM, is Canada’s largest medical marijuana dispensary. Meade Design Group and FARM worked together to create a retail space that is discreet, but inviting. Using historical imagery from apothecary shops of old and panoramic, agricultural vistas, we created large format window and wall coverings. To help complete the branding solution, FARM’s logo was incorporated into signage, floor coverings, labels and apparel.

SuSu

SuSu Business Cards

SuSu is a florist that lives and operates out of Mexico. She wanted a business card design that reflected her floral design aesthetic. Meade Design Group came up with 4 different card layouts, each with a large scale image of a flower or succulent. When the front and back side of the cards are next to one another, the two display “SuSu.”

Wedding Invitations

Aryn and Hayes, an engaged couple in Calgary, sought out Meade Design Group to design custom wedding invitations. The couple was inspired by the art deco movement, and wanted an invitation that reflected the era. Taking inspiration from iconic art deco patterns and colour palettes, Meade designed the invitations to accompany a gold invitation slip, with the couple’s monogram, “A” & “H.” The design was printed on pearlescent paper, making the beautiful pattern shine elegantly.

Dodeka

Dodeka is a premium outdoor furniture manufacturer in Victoria B.C. Their furniture is locally made with fast lead times and customizable options such as designer fabrics. The ‘Dodeka’ name is appropriately inspired by a dodecahedron – the perfect visual representation for their unique and multifaceted business. Meade Design Group recently designed a clean and geometric logo for their branded promotional material and new business cards.
