The two variations express the multiple ways of expressing this sensibility.

Christmas is almost here, and that means it’s time to treat yourself! We’ve just ordered a fresh batch of Ivan Meade’s decadent chocolate bars for the studio and for a few select shops around Victoria.
We have Pretzel and Praline, Almond and Sea Salt, Matcha Green Tea & Lime, Salted Caramel & Fleur de Sel, Dark Chocolate & Mint, and Chost Chili and Nibs. After eating all six of the unique flavours, Ivan still couldn’t decide which was his favourite. We’ve also recently added whiskey
pairings here, so if you’re the debaucherous type, let us know which is your favourite!

Reel Life Charters is a (cleverly named) new fishing charter business based out of Sooke, BC. A brief journey from downtown Victoria, delivers an amazing marine experience.
Reel Life Charters asked Meade Design Group to design a logo brand for the company that was both west coast inspired and refined. We applied a unique grey-scale texture, withintersecting gold bars to 3 Chinook salmon, making the logo mark stand out boldly. The typography is simple, but is both a subtle mixture of classical serif fonts and sans serif fonts, making it contemporary and distinctive.
We foiled the salmon with gold foil on top of a rough textured business card, making the final product truly elegant. Accompanying the beautiful business cards, Travis asked us to design the website, gift certificates, thank you cards, and water bottle labels that he can give out to fishing clients.

Have you checked out the amazing interior design (and food!) at The Village Restaurant in Victoria BC?
Their newest location is in Torquay Village is a contemporary space with a West-Coast vibe. Raw cedar, concrete tiles on the walls, burlap tablecloths and injections of a saturated rust-orange brought it all together.
The recognizable and branded elements Meade Design Group designed for their other two locations were implemented in new ways to create as memorable space in its own right.
